Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before engaging SimuValidate for FANUC ROBOGUIDE simulation services.
Last updated: 2026. These terms apply to all services provided through simuvalidate.com by Noble Mindset LLC.
1. Agreement to Terms
By submitting a quote request, engaging SimuValidate for simulation services, or making any payment, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you (or your organization) and Noble Mindset LLC, the operator of SimuValidate. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
2. Services Provided
SimuValidate provides FANUC ROBOGUIDE simulation services only. Scope is limited to:
- FANUC robot simulation using FANUC ROBOGUIDE software
- Reachability analysis
- Collision and clearance review
- EOAT clearance review
- Cycle-time validation and path review
- Layout feasibility review
- Simulation deliverables per project tier (written findings reports, MP4 walkthroughs, ROBOGUIDE files where agreed)
SimuValidate does not provide PLC programming, controls engineering, electrical design, robot installation, physical commissioning, mechanical fabrication, system integration, turnkey automation integration, robot sales, or any simulation services for non-FANUC robot systems. SimuValidate is not an official FANUC representative, partner, or authorized service provider. Any engagement is limited to the scope agreed in writing prior to payment.
3. Project Scope and Quotes
Engagements begin with a written quote specifying deliverables, service tier, robot limit, timeline, and total price. Work begins only after the client accepts the written quote and payment is received. Scope changes after work begins may require a revised quote and additional fees, agreed in writing.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is required before simulation work begins. SimuValidate uses Stripe for payment processing (payment link or invoice following quote acceptance). Prices are in U.S. dollars. Website prices (Tier 1 starting at $1,200; Tier 2 starting at $3,500; Tier 3 typically $6,000+) are starting prices only; final pricing is confirmed in the written quote. Payment is non-refundable once simulation work has commenced. If work has not begun, cancellations must be submitted in writing to contact@simuvalidate.com.
5. Deliverables and Revisions
Deliverables for each tier are as specified on the Services page and in the written quote, provided in the stated formats (written findings report, MP4, ROBOGUIDE project file where applicable). Tier 2 includes one revision pass; Tier 3 revision scope is specified per quote; Tier 1 does not include revisions unless stated. Delivery timelines are estimated at scoping and assume timely receipt of all required client inputs.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate, complete project information, including robot model and configuration, cell geometry and CAD data, part and tooling details, cycle-time targets, and any constraints or assumptions. Simulation outputs are based on the information provided. SimuValidate is not responsible for outcomes resulting from client-provided information that is incorrect, incomplete, or not representative of the real cell.
7. Confidentiality
SimuValidate treats client project information, files, and technical details as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties except as required to fulfil the engagement or by law. Upon request prior to file sharing, SimuValidate will execute an NDA. NDA requests should be made to contact@simuvalidate.com before sharing files.
8. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives the agreed project deliverables (written findings reports, MP4 videos, ROBOGUIDE project files where applicable) for internal business use.
SimuValidate may use generic, non-client-identifiable simulation examples for demonstration and marketing. No client-specific project details, file contents, or proprietary information will be used for this purpose without written consent.

9. No Guarantee of Results
Simulation results are based on the inputs, assumptions, and models provided or agreed at scoping. SimuValidate does not guarantee any specific real-world outcome, including cycle time, throughput, collision-free operation, or payback period. Simulation is a predictive tool; actual performance may differ due to factors outside the model, including tooling tolerances, robot condition, production variability, programming differences, and installation conditions. Any payback estimates are based entirely on client-provided assumptions and are not financial advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noble Mindset LLC and SimuValidate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the simulation services, including lost profits, production losses, equipment damage, or business interruption. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
11. Dispute Resolution
Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication before legal action. Disputes not resolved informally are subject to the laws of the state in which Noble Mindset LLC is registered.
12. Modifications to Terms
Noble Mindset LLC may update these Terms of Service. Updated terms will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use of SimuValidate services after an update constitutes acceptance.
