Please read these terms carefully before engaging SimuValidate for FANUC ROBOGUIDE simulation services.
Last updated: 2025. These terms apply to all services provided through simuvalidate.com by Noble Mindset LLC.
By submitting a quote request, engaging SimuValidate for simulation services, or making any payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you (or your organization) and Noble Mindset LLC, the operator of SimuValidate.
If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
SimuValidate provides FANUC ROBOGUIDE simulation services only. The scope of services is limited to:
SimuValidate does not provide physical robot installation, PLC programming, system integration, robot sales, CAD design, or any simulation services for non-FANUC robot systems. Any engagement is limited to the scope agreed in writing prior to payment.
All project engagements begin with a written quote specifying the deliverables, service tier, robot limit, timeline, and total price. Work begins only after the client has accepted the written quote and payment has been received.
Any changes to project scope after work has begun may require a revised quote and additional fees. Scope changes must be agreed in writing.
Payment is required before simulation work begins. SimuValidate uses Stripe for payment processing. Payment may be made via Stripe payment link or Stripe invoice as provided by SimuValidate following quote acceptance.
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars. Prices listed on the website (Tier 1 starting at $1,200; Tier 2 starting at $3,500; Tier 3 typically $6,000+) are starting prices only. Final pricing is confirmed in the written project quote.
Payment is non-refundable once simulation work has commenced. If work has not yet begun, cancellations must be submitted in writing to quotes@simuvalidate.com.
Deliverables for each tier are as specified on the Services page at simuvalidate.com/services/ and in the written project quote. Deliverables will be provided in the formats stated (PDF, MP4, ROBOGUIDE project file where applicable).
Tier 2 engagements include one revision pass. Tier 3 revision scope is specified per project quote. Tier 1 does not include revisions unless otherwise stated in the quote. Additional revisions beyond the included scope may be quoted separately.
Delivery timelines are estimated at project scoping. SimuValidate will communicate any timeline changes promptly. Delivery timelines assume timely receipt of all required client inputs (CAD files, specifications, and other materials).
The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete project information, including:
SimuValidate simulation outputs are based on the information provided by the client. Inaccurate or incomplete inputs may affect the accuracy of simulation results. SimuValidate is not responsible for simulation outcomes resulting from client-provided information that is incorrect, incomplete, or not representative of the actual installation.
SimuValidate treats all client project information, files, and technical details as confidential. Information submitted through the quote request form or shared during a project will not be disclosed to third parties except as required to fulfill the engagement or as required by law.
Upon request prior to file submission, SimuValidate will execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). NDA requests should be made to quotes@simuvalidate.com before submitting project files.
Upon full payment, the client receives the agreed project deliverables (PDF reports, MP4 videos, ROBOGUIDE project files where applicable) for internal business use.
SimuValidate retains the right to use generic, non-client-identifiable simulation examples for demonstration, marketing, and portfolio purposes. No client-specific project details, file contents, or proprietary information will be used for this purpose without written consent.

Simulation results are based on the inputs, assumptions, and models provided or agreed at project scoping. SimuValidate does not guarantee any specific real-world outcome, including but not limited to cycle time, throughput, collision-free operation, ROI, or payback period.
Simulation is a predictive tool. Actual robot performance may differ from simulation results due to factors outside the simulation model, including tooling tolerances, robot condition, production variability, programming differences, and installation conditions.
Any ROI or payback period estimates are based entirely on client-provided assumptions and do not constitute financial advice or a guarantee of financial outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Noble Mindset LLC and SimuValidate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of simulation services, including but not limited to lost profits, production losses, equipment damage, or business interruption.
SimuValidate's total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith communication before pursuing legal action. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the laws of the state in which Noble Mindset LLC is registered.
Noble Mindset LLC reserves the right to update these Terms of Service. Updated terms will be posted at simuvalidate.com/terms-of-service/ with a revised effective date. Continued use of SimuValidate services after a terms update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
